The origin and history of Numerology

A brief history of numbers is really as old because the recorded good man. Numerology was at use within ancient Greece, Rome, Egypt, India and china and is also found in the original books of wisdom, such as the Hebrew Kabala. Mostly used system for Numerology were produced by the Chaldeans, the Hindus, the Mayans, the Hebrews (Kabala), chinese people (Book of Changes), and also the work of Pythagoras, to name a few. The fundamental objecive of these systems originally would have been to see the relationship between man and the god.

The term Numerology originates from the Latin word "Numerus," meaning number, along with the Greek word "Logos," meaning word, thought, and expression.
